Centro Giovani Connection - 40th Anniversary Visual Identity

This project was developed to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Centro Giovani Connection through

a cohesive visual communication system spanning print and digital media. The work included a social media campaign, newspaper advertisements, and the design of a limited-edition catalogue documenting the centre’s history and cultural impact.

The visual language draws from archival material, personal photographs, and graphic elements inspired by analog media, sound, and communication. These references were reinterpreted through a contemporary layout and typographic system, creating a dialogue between past and present. The aim was to encapsulate the memory, atmosphere, and values of the centre while giving space to the people who shaped it across generations.

The limited-edition catalogue functions as both an archive and a narrative object: a curated collection of images and testimonies that reflect the evolution of the centre as a social and cultural hub.

 

Across all outputs, the project balances documentary intent with a strong visual identity, translating forty years of shared experiences into a unified and recognisable design system.
